Our support plans are intended to cover regular and reasonable support activity related to your existing website or mobile application.
Included: general queries, assistance with domain/hosting/email coordination, minor fixes, small content updates, and basic guidance related to your current setup.
Not included: new features, major design changes, business or product consulting, performance optimisation, SEO work, or third-party paid services.
Response time refers to acknowledgement and start of work. Resolution time depends on issue complexity and third-party dependencies.
Support is provided during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, excluding public holidays). If support usage significantly exceeds normal levels, we'll let you know and suggest a plan upgrade, or handle the additional work as paid support with prior approval.
Support plans are valid for 12 months from the start date and renewable annually. Myzow Solutions LLP reserves the right to update plan details from time to time.
